Aurachain v3.23
Here’s What’s New in Aurachain v3.23
Aurachain v3.23 introduces practical updates designed to make your work easier and more efficient. With the new Page Builder Module, you can create standalone Pages tailored to specific users or tasks, while improved AI Task Assistant features give you more control and visibility over AI interactions.
You’ll also find enhancements like custom CSS for personalized interfaces, flexible login options with Google and Microsoft accounts, and a redesigned Data Model Selector for smoother data handling.
These updates are all about helping you work smarter with a more flexible and user-friendly platform.
AI Task Assistant Improvements
Allows descriptions for each Task Assistant action to improve clarity.
Enables temperature adjustment to control AI response creativity.
Provides detailed AI call logs in Admin > System Logs for tracking.
Displays prompts and replies in the Process Controller for visibility.

Benefits:

Flexible AI Responses – Adjust creativity to match business needs.
Greater Transparency – Track AI interactions, including token usage.
Use Cases

Page Builder Module
Enables the design and publishing of standalone Pages, accessible via direct URLs.
Pages function independently of tasks and processes, offering a flexible user experience.
The Aurachain navbar is hidden, and users only see the Log Out option.
Page Builder works like the UI Builder but:
- Only system variables can be retrieved (no Set Data).
- No Start Process button (processes start via API).
- No Generate Document or Download Attachment options.

Benefits
Custom Pages – Create focused entry points without exposing the full Aurachain dashboard.
Controlled Access – Only authenticated users with an Aurachain account can view Pages.
Flexible User Experience – Simplifies interactions for data entry, reporting, or external-facing workflows.
Use cases
Simplified Supplier Onboarding: Vendors can upload documents and track approvals without navigating a complex platform.
Self-Service Pages: Landing page where customers can start a loan application.
Internal Pages for Management: Dashboard where managers can monitor the status of their processes. E.g.: all loan applications, all started processes, all ended processes, etc.
Internal Knowledge Hubs: Organizations can display FAQs, guides, or reports within Aurachain without exposing back-office functions.
Landing Pages Redirect for Specific Groups/Users
Allows admins to redirect specific users or groups to a designated Page instead of the Aurachain dashboard.
Designed for front-office users who only need access to a simplified interface.
These users cannot access the back-office but can view other Pages they have permissions for.

Benefits
Controlled Access – Restrict users to only the Pages they need while securing back-office operations.
Streamlined Experience – Provide a simplified, role-based UI for front-office interactions.
Enhanced Security – Ensure only authorized users can access sensitive business functions.
Use Cases
Customer Service Dashboards: Support teams can be redirected to a simplified interface showing only relevant case management tools.
Retail & Branch Access: Bank employees in branches can process applications while avoiding back-office distractions.
Field Operations: Field agents can check activities, update records, or retrieve information from a dedicated UI, without starting a new instance of a process.
Authentication with Google and Microsoft
Supports multiple Identity Providers (IdPs) for flexible authentication.
Each IdP can display a dedicated login button on the login screen.
Users can log in using multiple IdPs with the same account.
Self-enrollment is now compatible with SSO accounts.

Benefits
Flexible Authentication – Users can choose their preferred SSO provider.
Seamless Access – One account can log in via multiple IdPs.

Restructures the Components Panel for better usability and alignment with the platform’s design system.
Introduces clearer organization and logical grouping of UI elements.
Updates icons for visual consistency, enhancing the user experience.
Adds a new search function for faster component discovery.
Moves page layout and data mapping tabs to the left panel for easier navigation.

Benefits
Simplified UI Design – Clearer grouping makes it easier to find and use components.

Use cases
An UI builder working on a new interface can quickly find and place UI components thanks to the improved grouping and search functionality.
Interactions Phase 1: Foundation
Introduces a foundational configuration flow for defining modular rules in the UI.
First phase includes “Run Script” action, allowing scripts to execute on user interactions.
Migrates existing events into this new structure for a seamless transition.
Future updates will enable no-code actions to show/hide elements, set mandatory fields, apply read-only rules, and auto-populate values.

Benefits
Reduces Scripting Dependency – Configure UI behaviours with less manual coding.
Event-Driven Interactions – Trigger actions on input, value changes, or field exits.
Enhanced User Experience – Users see only relevant information, improving efficiency.
Real-Time Responsiveness – UI elements adjust dynamically based on user behaviour.
Use Cases
Make a field visible/mandatory/read only when another field has a specific value. E.g.: when “Loan” type is “Mortgage” then make the UI input fields “Property type”, “Rooms number”, “Surface”, “Full address” visible and mandatory.
Disable interaction for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
Personalize the Page/UI with Custom CSS
Enables customers to customize task interfaces with their branding.
Allows changes to fonts, colours, backgrounds, and visual elements.
Ensures a consistent look and feel when embedding interfaces into external portals.

Benefits
Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive, professional appearance across all interfaces.
Enhanced User Experience – Customize layouts for a more intuitive and engaging UI.
Seamless Integration – Match platform interfaces with external portals and applications.
Use cases
Adjust the line height, font size, and spacing of text elements to enhance readability and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Enhanced search functionality for quick attribute, class, and data type selection.
Future scalability to support multiple data sources in a user-friendly format.
