How real-time is the data shown in dashboards and reports?
Data is streamed directly from live process instances. This means dashboards update as events happen, not hourly or daily batch updates. There is no data latency, unless external systems are involved.
Who can access analytics, is it only for technical users?
No. Business users, managers, and executives can all access dashboards through role-based permissions. They don’t need SQL, coding, or BI expertise. IT still controls who sees what, every dashboard is governed, auditable, and secure.
